Can I do my own roof repairs?
Although it is possible for you to carry out some of your own roof repairs, we do not recommend it. Roof work is dangerous and requires working at heights training.
For your safety and to benefit your roof, we recommend that you call a professional. It will save you time, money and potentially injury!
How do I know when I need to repair or replace my roof?
You may notice a black or mouldy patch on your ceiling, or water coming through plaster or down a wall. Because the top of your roof isn’t visible, roof damage can be very easy to miss. We recommend that you book a free roof inspection – we’ll let you know whether you need any repairs or replacements and give you an obligation free quote.
What do I do if my roof is leaking?
If the leak is causing severe damage to your home and putting your family at risk, you need to call SES.
In other cases, you need to look for a reliable roofing contractor.
Do you offer a warranty for your services?
This depends on the service, so you’ll need to contact us for more information. Our roof pointing service comes with a 7 year warranty.
Will you clean up the rubbish/debris after you repair/replace my roof?
We sure will. When we’re finished with your roof we will leave your space so tidy that you won’t even know we were there (aside from the newly fixed roof, that is!).
